Artem Koshkalda, Igor Bielov, and Vitalii Maliuk’s Answers (ECF Nos. 41, 49) be stricken and their

defaults entered.

Reports and Recommendation (ECF #112) entered on August 3, 2017, should be ADOPTED AND
