for sixty (60) days.

The parties have reached a settlement regarding the claims, causes of action, and defenses

asserted in this action. The parties are finalizing the terms and preparing a formal written settlement

27

agreement and expect to file a stipulation of dismissal within the next sixty (60) days.

The parties' deadline to file dispositive motions is June 18, 2018. (ECF No. 34, at 2.) To

preserve the parties and the court's resources economy and as a result of the parties' agreement, the

parties request the court abate all deadlines for sixty (60) days.
