The Court has considered the pleadings and memoranda of the parties 16 17 and other relevant matters of record and has made a review and determination in 18 accordance with the requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 636 and applicable case law, and 19 good cause appearing, the court hereby 20 ADOPTS AND ACCEPTS the Report and Recommendation of the United States 21 22 23 24 25 26 Magistrate Judge (ECF #8). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
