It was further 16 ordered that, if Plaintiff failed to file a timely first amended complaint, the Court shall dismiss this case 17 with prejudice. Plaintiff has failed to show good cause why this action should not be dismissed with 18 prejudice for failure to comply with Court Order (ECF No. 10). Accordingly, 19 20 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for Plaintiff’s failure to comply with the Court Order (ECF No. 10).
