28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas corpus Petitioner Arturo C. Bolanos seeks an extension

of time to file a second-amended petition. (ECF No. 22.) He indicates that Respondents

13

do not oppose. The Court finds that the request is made in good faith and not solely for

14

the purpose of delay, and therefore, good cause exists to grant the motion.

15

It is therefore ordered that Petitioner’s second motion for extension of time to file

16

a second-amended petition (ECF No. 22) is granted. The deadline to file the second-

17

amended petition for writ of habeas corpus is extended to September 26, 2022.
