On May 13, 2020, 20 Defendant filed his Objection to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 21 22 23 24 25 76) and Plaintiff filed a Response to Defendants Objection (ECF No. 77) on May 18, 2020.
