ORDER that Plaintiff must update his address by 2/10/2018; ECF No. 1 Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners is denied as moot; Clerk directed to send Plaintiff approved form application to proce ed in forma pauperis by a non-prisoner and instructions (mailed to P on 1/12/2018); Plaintiff by 2/10/2018 must either complete the application to proceed in forma pauperis for non-prisoners or pay the full $400 filing fee; if Plaintiff fails to comply with this order then the Court will dismiss this case with prejudice; and ECF Nos. 4 and 5 motions for status check are denied as moot.
