On 14 June 7, 2017, Plaintiff filed his Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (ECF 15 #13). 16 The Court has conducted it’s de novo review in this case, has fully considered the objections of 17 the Plaintiff, the pleadings and memoranda of the parties and other relevant matters of record pursuant 18 to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule IB 3-2. The Court determines that the Magistrate Judge’s 19 Reports and Recommendation (ECF #12) entered on June 1, 2017, should be ADOPTED AND 20 ACCEPTED. 21 22 23 24 25 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. 1) is GRANTED; the Clerk shall file the Complaint (ECF No. 1-1). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case.
