Cross-claimant, Springland Village Homeowners Association (hereinafter the “HOA”),

Inc. (“MERS”), Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC (“Ocwen”) and GMAC Mortgage, LLC

WHEREAS the above-captioned action concerns the real property located at 2614 Sunny
4
Slope Drive, #3, Sparks, Nevada 89434 and described in the HOA’s Counterclaim and Cross-
5
Claim in Interpleader [ECF No. 82] at ¶2 (the “Property”);
6
WHEREAS the HOA filed its Counterclaim and Cross-Claim in Interpleader on March 9,
7
2018 [ECF No. 82], concerning excess proceeds resulting from the HOA’s non-judicial
8
foreclosure of its lien for unpaid assessments against the Property (“Excess Proceeds”);
9
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that, pursuant to NRS 120.230, MERS,
10
Ocwen and GMAC hereby disclaim any and all right, title, or interest in or to any or all of the
11
Excess Proceeds and Property, or in any award from the Excess Proceeds to MERS, Ocwen or
12
GMAC which may be ordered by the Court.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND ADGREED that MERS, Ocwen and GMAC are
hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own fees and costs.
IT IS SO STIPULATED AND AGREED.
