In that order, the Court warned that if Vasquez failed 20 to pay the filing fee or file a new in forma pauperis application within the time allowed, this action 21 would be dismissed. See id. Rosendo did not pay the filing fee, or file a new in forma pauperis application, as ordered, 22 23 within 30 days. The thirty-day period expired on May 19, 2017. 24 /// 25 /// 26 /// 1 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. 2 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner is denied a certificate of appealability. 3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly. 4 5 Dated this 6th day of June, 2017. 6 LARRY R.
