ORDER that Count I shall be permitted to proceed against Defendants Sarah Pollier, Lori Kreck, and Yari Yelenich, and Count II shall be permitted to proceed against Defendants Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Welfare and Sup portive Services and the DWSS Administrative Adjudication Office; Clerk directed to issue summonses for Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, DWSS Administrative Adjudication Office, Sarah Poll ier, Lori Kreck, and Kari Yelenich and deliver the same to the U.S. Marshal along with sufficient copies of this order and ECF No. 15 second amended complaint (Delivered to USM on 2/26/2019); Clerk directed to send plaintiff sufficient U SM-285 forms (Mailed to P on 2/26/2019); Plaintiff shall have until 3/15/2019 to forward the completed USM-285 form to the U.S. Marshal; if Plaintiff fails to follow this order, the above-named defendants will be dismissed for failure to complete service of process pursuant to Fed.
