pending finalization of a settlement agreement between the parties. The parties have reached a

settlement, but due to a specific term contained within the agreement between the parties, will not be

able to finalize settlement until August 31, 2018. For this reason, the parties request to stay

4

discovery until September 28, 2018. This is the parties' first request for a stay of discovery, and is

not intended to cause any delay or prejudice to any party.
