Thompson Fe deral Courthouse, 400 S. Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada, to personally attend the jury trial scheduled for the week of January 23, 2023 at 9:00 AM in Reno Courtroom 5 before the Honorable Miranda M. Du,Chief U.S. District Judge. See Order for f urther details regarding Covid-19 testing. Thompson Federal Courthouse, 400 15 S. Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada, to personally attend the jury trial scheduled for the week of 16 January 23, 2023 at 9:00 AM in Reno Courtroom 5 before the Honorable Miranda M. Du, 17 Chief U.S. District Judge. 18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, in 19 coordination with the NDOC, shall arrange for Plaintiff to be tested for COVID-19 within 14 20 days of the hearing and with Plaintiff’s consent. Additionally, where practicable and 21 depending on space availability, the NDOC should ensure Plaintiff is placed in quarantine 22 following the test’s administration and prior to the hearing to protect against further exposure 23 before transport to court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERD that, if Plaintiff does not consent to testing, or upon a 24 25 26 27 28 positive test result, the Nevada Attorney General’s Office shall immediately notify the presiding judge’s courtroom administrator that Plaintiff cannot be transported to court for the hearing.
