1 2 3 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 4 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 5 *** 6 STANLEY RIMER, Case No. 3:18-cv-00023-MMD-WGC Petitioner, 7 ORDER v. 8 RENEE BAKER, et al., 9 Respondents. 10 11 In this habeas corpus action, Respondents were due on June 4, 2021, to file their 12 answer to the First Amended Petition. (ECF No. 59.) On June 4, 2021, Respondents filed 13 an unopposed motion for enlargement of time (second request), requesting a 14-day 14 extension of time to June 18, 2021, to file their answer. (ECF No. 60.) The Court finds 15 that Respondents’ motion for extension of time is made in good faith and not solely for 16 the purpose of delay, and that good cause exists to grant the unopposed motion for 17 enlargement of time (second request). 18 It is therefore ordered that Respondents’ motion for enlargement of time (ECF No. 19 60) is grant. Respondents will have up to and including June 18, 2021, to file an answer 20 to the first amended petition (ECF No. 17). 21 DATED THIS 7th Day of June 2021. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 MIRANDA M.
