Pursuant to Local Rule 6-1, Defendant/Counterclaimant Ladera Development, LLC
25
(“Ladera”) and Plaintiff/Counterdefendant Hall CA-NV, LLC (“Hall”), by and through their
26
undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate to extend the current deadline for the joint pretrial order by
27
five days, from October 6, 2022 to October 11, 2022, in order to give the parties sufficient time to
28

1
The pretrial order was originally due August 25, 2022, but the parties stipulated to extend
2
the deadline by 30 days due to counsel’s maternity leave. The parties entered a second stipulation
3
to extend the deadline an additional 10 days, to October 6, 2022. Counsel for Ladera was not able
4
to send Hall’s counsel Ladera’s proposed revisions until just after midnight on October 6, 2022.
5
Counsel for Hall accordingly needs more time to review Ladera’s proposed revisions. The parties
6
therefore stipulate to an extension of 5 days to finalize the pretrial order. Once the joint pretrial
7
order is submitted, the parties look forward to setting trial as soon as practicable for the Court.
