COME NOW Plaintiff Nutrient Foods, LLC and Defendant Vitacup, Inc., through their
14 undersigned attorneys, and hereby stipulate and respectfully request that the Court grant an
15 extension of time regarding the time to file Defendant’s responsive pleading from its original
16 deadline of August 9, 2018, to and including August 23, 2018. Plaintiff, through undersigned
17 counsel, has provided written agreement to the requested extension in light of the parties’ ongoing
18 settlement discussions. This is the first such extension of time to respond to the Complaint that
19 has been requested or granted.
