ORDERED that SBA's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 8 ) is GRANTED. Well's claims against SBA are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. FURTHER ORDERED that NSDC's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 13 ) is GRANTED. Well' s first, second, fourth, fifth ans sixth claims against NSDC are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and Well's third claim against NSDC is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Signed by Judge Larry R.
