ORDER - Petitioner's Motion to Stay Habeas Petition (ECF No. 1 - 2) is denied without prejudice. Petitioner's Motion for Appointment of Counsel (ECF Nos. 1 -3, 8 ) is granted. The FPD is provisionally appointed as coun sel and will have 30 days to undertake direct representation of Petitioner or to indicate the office's inability to do so (7/4/2021). The Clerk of Court is directed to add AG as counsel for Respondents and electronically serve the AG with a copy of the petition. (Copy of Petition attached hereto to effect said service to AG.) Respondents counsel must enter a notice of appearance within 21 days of entry of this order (6/25/2021). Clerk is further directed to send a copy of this ord er to the pro se petitioner, the Nevada Attorney General, the Federal Public Defender, and the CJA Coordinator for this division.
