ORDER RE: SERVICE OF PROCESS : Clerk shall ISSUE summons for defendants Fernandeis Frazier and William Miller, and deliver to USM, together with addresses filed under seal (ECF No. 11 ); and also send copies of ECF No. [5 ] Compla int, ECF No. 4 Screening Order and this Order. (Docs emailed to USMS 3/26/2024.) The court will separately provide to the U.S. Marshal completed USM 285 forms for Defendants. Plaintiff is reminded that June 2, 2024, is the deadline to complete service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Signed by Magistrate Judge Craig S. Denney on 3/25/2024. ORDER RE: SERVICE OF PROCESS
Defendants.
The Office of the Attorney General did not accept service of process on behalf of
Defendants Fernandeis Frazier and William Miller, who are no longer employees of the Nevada
Department of Corrections. (ECF No. 10.) However, the Attorney General has filed the last known
addresses of these Defendants under seal. (ECF No. 11.)

The Clerk shall ISSUE summonses for Fernandeis Frazier and William Miller and send

the same to the U.S. Marshal with the addresses provided under seal. (ECF No. 11.) The Clerk

shall also SEND sufficient copies of the Complaint, (ECF No. 5), the screening order, (ECF No.
4), and this order to the U.S. Marshal for service on Defendants Frazier and Miller. The court will
separately provide to the U.S. Marshal completed USM 285 forms for the Defendants.
Plaintiff is reminded that June 2, 2024, is the deadline to complete service of process
pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).
