1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 3 4 5 6 7 ROBERT EARL JONES, v. Case No. 3:23-cv-00342-ART-CLB Plaintiff, ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND TIME PERRY RUSSELL, et al., [ECF No. 6] Defendants. 8 9 On October 18, 2023, the Court screened plaintiff Robert Earl Jones’s civil-rights 10 complaint, allowing one claim to proceed and dismissing the other claims with leave to 11 amend by November 17, 2023.
