hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for Defendant to file a Reply to Plaintiff’s Response

to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint with prejudice by 7 days through and

including February 12, 2024. This is the first such request the parties have stipulated to.
