ORDER - It is therefore ordered that Miller's application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 1 ) without having to prepay the full filing fee is granted. The Clerk of Court will send a copy of this order to the Finance Division of th e Clerk's Office. The Clerk of Court will further send a copy of this order to the attention of Chief of Inmate Services for the Nevada Department of Corrections, P.O. Box 7011, Carson City, NV 89702. (Emailed Order to Finance; Mailed to NDOC on 9/24/2024). It is further ordered that the Clerk of Court file the Complaint (ECF No. 1 -1) and send Miller a courtesy copy. It is further ordered that the Complaint is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice, as amendment would be f utile, for failure to state a claim. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close this case.
