Summary Judgment Granted as to Counts 2-3 and 6-11 and are Denied as to Counts 1, 4-5 and 12; also denied without prejudice insofar as they challenge the plaintiffs' remaining damages claims. Grumman is terminated as a defendant in this matter. So Ordered by Judge Joseph N. Laplante. (dae)
