Smith at the United State District Court-District of Rhode Island, United States Courthouse and Federal Building, One Exchange Terrace, Providence, RI. The Court will endeavor to set a date for trial of this action at this conference. District of NH Local Rule 7.1(c)regarding concurrence is dispensed with for this action.
