On April 12, 2012, a preliminary pretrial conference
was held in this case.
Plaintiff Abu Kragbo appeared on his

The court approves the Defendants' Proposed Discovery Plan

Interrogatories: A maximum of 25 interrogatories by
each party to any other party.

each party to any other party.

experts.
