No objection having been filed, I herewith approve the
Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Andrea K.
Johnstone dated December 7, 2017, and dismiss the complaint and
deny without prejudice the motion for preliminary injunctive
relief (Doc. No. 3) for failure to pay the filing fee or obtain
in forma pauperis status in this matter.

subject to review in the district court and those not preserved
by such objection are precluded on appeal.’”

waive the right to appeal).
