I make this declaration in support of Defendant's motion for an order granting pro

hac vice admission to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey to Joshua Becker, Esq. (a member of the Bar of the State of Georgia) of the firm of Alston & Bird, LLP in connection with the above-captioned matter. 3. Defendant has asked the above-referenced attorney and me to represent them in

this matter. As a member of the bar of this Court, I will serve as counsel of record pursuant to Local Civil Rule 101.1 of the Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. 4. The above-referenced attorneys' qualifications and good standing as members of

the bars of other jurisdictions are set forth in the Declaration of Joshua Becker, Esquire, submitted herewith. 5. For the foregoing reasons, I respectfully request that this Court grant Defendant's
