ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE SECOND AMENDED CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT WITH AMENDED CASE CAPTION This matter having come before the Court on the Motion of Mark Cuker, Esquire, counsel for the Plaintiff, Center for Science in the Public Interest, upon notice to all counsel, and the Court having considered the motion papers and supporting Affidavit, and no party opposing Plaintiff's Motion; and for good cause shown; IT IS on the 7th day of August, 2007, ORDERED that Plaintiff Center for Science in the Public Interest is hereby granted leave pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a) to file the Second Amended Class Action Complaint with Amended Case Caption, attached as Exhibit A to its Motion [Doc. No. 33]. The Second Amended Complaint shall be filed and

served within ten (10) days of the date of entry of this Order.
