I am one of the co-lead counsel for Plaintiffs in the above-captioned matter. Because of

recent surgery, I am unable to fly at present and therefore can not personally attend the

hearing scheduled for March 18, 2008. If at all possible, I would appreciate the
opportunity to attend by telephone. I have devoted a significant amount of time and
effort to this matter and have a strong interest in what transpires at the hearing.
