LETTER ORDER

Re:

Fellner v. Tri-Union Seafoods, LLC
Civil Action No. 06-0688 (DMC)

Dear Counsel:
As discussed during the status telephone conference held earlier today in this matter, not later than
November 30, 2013, Plaintiff shall provide complete answers to Defendant’s interrogatories and
complete responses to document requests referenced in the letters sent by the parties to the Court dated
October 29, 2013 and November 4, 2013. Plaintiff shall also provide updated medical authorizations to
all defense counsel by the above date. Additionally, a status telephone conference will be held before the
undersigned on December 4, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. Counsel for Defendant is directed to initiate the call.
Any issues that the parties wish to address during the conference shall be brought to the attention of the
Court by letter (not to exceed three (3) pages in length) no later than December 2, 2013.
