Dear Counsel:
As discussed during the status telephone conference held in this matter earlier today, the
following deadlines are hereby in effect:
1.

Fact discovery in this matter is hereby extended through April 30, 2014.

2.

The parties shall submit a joint status letter (not to exceed five (5) pages in length) to
the undersigned no later than April 28, 2014.

3.

A status telephone conference shall be held before the undersigned on April 30, 2014
at 10:30 A.M. to discuss any remaining discovery needs. Counsel for Defendant is
directed to initiate the call.
