ORDER that the Clk of the Ct shall open a new case for each of the dismissed Pltfs, and shall assign each of the newly-opened cases to the same judge who is assigned to this case; ORDERED that the Clk shall enter the Opn and Order in this case on the docket in each of the newly-opened cases; ORDERED that the Clk shall file each dismissed Pltf's Appl to proceed IFP, each dismissed Pltf's Appl for Pro Bono counsel, each dismissed Pltf's attachment to the Cmp(which are labled by Pltf ) in that Pltf's newly -opened case; ORDERED that, within 30 days after entry of this Order, each of the dismissed Pltf's may indicate his intent to proceed with his clms by filing an Amended Cmp or other written document in that Pltf' s newly opened case; ORDERED that, if any of the dismissed Pltf's fail to file such a writing or Amended Cmp indicating their intent to proceed, such Pltf's Cmp shall be deemed withdrawn, and such Pltf's case shall be closed w/out further ntc.
