P. 55(b)(2); and it appearing that the Complaint in this matter was filed on November 8, 2016, seeking to rescind, ab initio, a life insurance policy issued by ReliaStar Life Insurance Company Policy to Rohit Mangal on January 27, 2016 (Policy No. AD20640287; and service of the Summons and Complaint having been effectuated with respect to Rohit Mangal, by personally serving him in Jersey City, New Jersey on November 12, 2016; and it appearing that default was duly noted by the Clerk of the Court against Rohit Mangal on December 13, 2016, and for his failure to plead or otherwise defend in this action; and the Court having reviewed the papers filed by RcliaStar in connection with its Motion for Final Judgment by Default, including the Declaration of Denise McCormick, the Certification of Marianne T.
