It is further Ordered that the objection (D.E. 23) of defendant Horizon Blue Corss Blue Sheild of New Jersey ("BC BS") objections is overruled; and It is further Ordered that the Plaintiff motion 5 Remand to State Court filed by EAST COAST ADVANCED PLASTIC SURGERY, is Granted and the case is remanded to the Superior Court of New Jersey Bergen County and that 4 Motion to Dismiss filed by HORIZON BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF NEW JERSEY is terminated without prejudice as moot, etc ***CIVIL CASE TERMINATED.
