MEMORANDUM ORDER Granting Plaintiff's 1 -2 Application IFP. The Clerk of the Court is directed to file the Complaint without prepayment of the filing fee. Plaintiff's 1 Complaint against Defendants may PROCEED. The Clerk of the Court sha ll provide Plaintiff with a copy of the USM-285 form. Upon Plaintiff sending of the completed forms to the Clerk of the Court, the Clerk shall issue summons, and the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the Complaint, summons, and this Memorandum Order upon Defendants.
