STIPULATED PROTECTIVE ORDER THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for a Protective Order (Doc. No. 8, filed November 17, 2008) permitting Plaintiff to proceed under the pseudonym "John Doe." The parties appearing by and through counsel of record, the Court having considered the motion and finding it to be well-taken, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff may proceed in this litigation under the pseudonym "John Doe". Mr. Doe's identity shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone but his attorneys and the attorneys of record for Defendant in this matter.
