PROTECTIVE ORDER
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff=s Unopposed Motion for a Stipulated Protective Order (Doc. 39, filed May 5, 2009). The parties appearing by and through counsel of record, the Court having considered the motion, and finding it to be well-taken, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Julia Clarke and Ms. Mazzoni shall not disclose the identity of John Doe to any other person. His identity shall remain confidential. The Stipulated Protective Order (Doc. 10, filed November 26, 2008) shall continue to remain in effect and this order is solely meant to supplement it.
