UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITATIONS COMES NOW PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel, and moves the Court for leave to exceed the prescribed page limitation as set forth in D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.5 in his forthcoming Memorandum in Support of his Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56. As grounds for this motion, Plaintiff states: 1. Plaintiff requires up to thirty-five (35) pages to provide a complete analysis of the important claims at stake on behalf of Plaintiff and to ensure that the Court is fully informed about the matters upon which it is asked to rule. Mindful of this Court's valuable time and resources, Plaintiff will be as terse as possible. 2. Gregory Wheeler, counsel for Defendant, has been contacted and states that the Defendant does not oppose this motion.
