The Court having reviewed the motion and the motion being unopposed, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Minute Order Scheduling Bench Trial (Doc. 53, entered July 22, 2009) is hereby vacated and a new order concerning the bench trial and related deadlines will be entered for a later date.
