Please refer to the ATTACHMENT (Preparation for Civil Trial) for trial guidelines and jury preparation for Judge Armijo. Counsel shall adhere to all deadlines set forth herein as well as the Instructions attached.

* Firm trial settings will be given at this time. Most cases are resolved pretrial. Counsel in remaining cases should be prepared to go to trial on Monday, May 10, 2010. ** Please note that the pretrial order deadlines stated herein supersede any pretrial order deadlines contained in prior scheduling orders. Counsel are directed that the Pretrial Order will provide that no witnesses except rebuttal witnesses whose testimony cannot be anticipated, will be permitted to testify unless the name of the witness is furnished to the Court and opposing counsel no later than thirty (30) days prior to the time set for trial. Any exceptions thereto must be upon order of the Court for good cause shown.
