ORDER This matter having come up on Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Stay Proceedings Relating to Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Expenses and Plaintiff's Bill of Costs, the Court having considered the motion and being fully advised in the premises, finds it to be well taken. Now, Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Stay Proceedings Relating to Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Expenses and Plaintiff's Bill of Costs be, and hereby is, GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time for plaintiff to file his motion for attorneys' fees and expenses and Bill of Costs be, and hereby is STAYED until 30 days after the date the mandate from the appellate courts is returned to this Court.
