NOTICE by STC. UNM re 67 MOTION to Amend/Correct 63 Order on Motion for Protective Order - Notice of Stipulation (Pedersen, Steven)
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO
STC.UNM,
Plaintiff,
v.
INTEL CORPORATION,
No. 10-CV-01077-RB-WDS
Defendant.
NOTICE OF STIPULATION REGARDING INTEL’S MOTION
TO AMEND THE INTERIM PROTECTIVE ORDER (Doc. 67)
The Court's May 31, 2011 Order denied STC's motion to compel discovery regarding Intel's
research and development for 14 nm and 10 nm process technology (Doc. 99), and the time for
appealing that order has expired. In light of the Court's May 31 Order, the parties stipulate that
the second issue included in Intel's Motion to Amend the Interim Protective Order (Doc. 67)
concerning an extension of the prosecution bar is now moot and the Court need not resolve that
issue.
The only aspect of Intel's motion (Doc. 67) left for the Court to decide is the first issue
concerning the manner and location of storage for authorized copies of documents produced
under paragraph 9 of the existing protective order.
Respectfully submitted,
