ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED JOINT MOTION FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF
TIME TO RESPOND TO DISCOVERY OBJECTIONS UNDER D.N.M. LR-CIV.26.6
This matter having come before the Court on the parties Unopposed Joint Motion for
Further Extension of Time to Respond to Discovery Objections Under D.N.M. LR-Civ.26.6 and
the motion being unopposed, it is hereby ORDERED that the current sixty-six (66) day period
under D.N.M. LR-Civ.26.6 and this Court’s June 17, 2011 Order Granting Unopposed Joint
Motion for Further Extension of Time to Respond to Discovery Objections [Doc. No. 109], is
hereby extended for an additional twenty-one (21) days for Intel to move to compel regarding
STC.UNM’s May 2, 2011 privilege logs and responses to Intel’s discovery requests.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
