ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff STC.UNM’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to
File a Two Page Surreply (Doc. 196), filed March 6, 2012. Following the parties’ presentation
of oral argument on Intel’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 178) and being otherwise fully
advised, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion. The Court further orders Intel to submit a twoto-five page Surreply limited to the discrete issue whether and/or how Plaintiff’s Exhibit 7
(USPTO records, Docs. 191-1 & 191-2) impacts Intel’s argument that Sandia National
Laboratories is a distinct, legal entity which may hold title to patents.
THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED THAT STC.UNM’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to File a Two Page
Surreply (Doc. 196) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Intel submit a two-to-five page Surreply limited to
the issue described above by Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
