NOTICE OF AGREED UPON EXTENSION PURSUANT TO D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.4(a) Defendant Intel Corporation (“Intel”), pursuant to D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.4(a), hereby provides notice of the agreed upon extension of time for filing Intel’s Response in Opposition to STC.UNM’s Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration [Doc. No. 218]. The current deadline, under the rules, for filing Intel’s Response in Opposition is Wednesday, June 27, 2012. The parties have jointly agreed to extend that deadline by thirteen (13) days. Intel’s Response shall now be filed on or before July 10, 2012. The parties have further agreed that STC’s reply shall thereafter be filed on or before July 27, 2012. WHEREFORE, pursuant to D.N.M.LR.-Civ. 7.4(a), notice is hereby given that Intel’s Response in Opposition to STC.UNM’s Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration [Doc.
