I, Brian L. Ferrall, declare as follows:

I am a partner in the law firm of Keker & Van Nest, counsel for defendant Intel

Corporation in this case. I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth below and am
competent to testify.

Attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is a true and correct copy of the inventor oath that

was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark office in conjunction with the patent
application that ultimately resulted in the issuance of US Patent 5,705,321. The upper right
corner indicates that the UNM docket number for this invention is UNM-322.
