NOTICE OF AGREED UPON EXTENSION PURSUANT TO
D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.4(a)
Plaintiff STC.UNM, pursuant to D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.4(a), hereby provides notice of the agreed
upon extension of time for filing STC.UNM’s Reply to Sandia Corporation’s Response to
STC.UNM’s Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration [Doc. No.
224]. The current deadline, under the rules, for filing STC.UNM’s Reply is July 17, 2012. The
parties have jointly agreed to extend that deadline by ten (10) days. STC.UNM’s Reply shall
now be filed on or before July 27, 2012.
WHEREFORE, pursuant to D.N.M.LR.-Civ. 7.4(a), notice is hereby given that STC.UNM’s
Reply to Sandia Corporation’s Response to STC.UNM’s Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing
and Request for Reconsideration [Doc. No. 224] shall be filed on July 27, 2012.
