LR-Civ. 7.4(a) Defendant Intel Corporation (“Intel”), pursuant to D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.4(a), hereby provides notice of the agreed-upon extension of time for filing Intel’s Reply to STC.UNM’s Response to Intel’s Cross-Motion to Dismiss STC’s Remaining Claims for Lack of Standing [Doc. No. 230]. The current deadline, under the rules, for filing Intel’s Reply is Tuesday, August 7, 2012. The parties have jointly agreed to extend that deadline by ten (10) days. Intel’s Reply shall now be filed on or before August 17, 2012. WHEREFORE, pursuant to D.N.M.LR.-Civ. 7.4(a), notice is hereby given that Intel’s Reply to STC.UNM’s Response to Intel’s Cross-Motion to Dismiss STC’s Remaining Claims for Lack of Standing [Doc.
