SANDIA CORPORATION’S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SURREPLY COMES NOW Sandia Corporation (Sandia), by and through its attorneys, Stelzner, Winter, Warburton, Flores, Sanchez & Dawes, P.A., and moves for leave to file a limited surreply to STC.UNM (STC)’s Reply in Support of its Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration. As grounds for this motion, Sandia states: 1. STC filed its Rule 19 Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration on June 14, 2012. 2. Although Sandia is not a party to this proceeding it responded to STC’s Rule 19 Motion because the Motion affects Sandia’s interests in not being joined in this matter. 3. STC filed its Reply in Support of its Motion to Correct Standing and Request for Reconsideration on August 3, 2012. 4. In its Reply, STC makes certain inaccurate representations. 5. Sandia would like to file a surreply for the limited purpose of correcting those representations.
