COMES NOW the Plaintiff STC.UNM, and hereby files notice pursuant to L.R.
7.4(e) of completion of briefing of STC.UNM’s Motion to Dismiss Intel’s Amended
Counterclaim and Strike Intel’s Affirmative Defense for Unenforceability (“Motion”)
(court docket no. 45) filed February 28, 2011.
On March 14, 2011, Defendant Intel Corporation filed Intel Corporation’s
Opposition Brief to STC’s Motion to Strike and Renewed Motion to Dismiss
Inequitable Conduct Allegations (court docket no. 51).
On March 28, 2011, STC.UNM filed its Reply In Support of Its Motion to Dismiss
Intel’s Amended Counterclaim and Strike Intel’s Affirmative Defense for
Unenforceability (court docket no. 58).
The deadline for filing replies has now passed, and briefing has been completed
with regard to STC.UNM’s Motion.
